The person who I think made the flag was betsy ross because,she made originally made upholstering or sewed other things such as chairs ,couches ,and other pieces.She also made the Grand Union flag.Then when george washington came needing help with a new flag she helped,when she made the flag she was glad that everyone loved the stars and stripes.But that was the first time she had ever made a flag and,she did not know how to make one until that day.That is why think betsy ross made the flag.
